Guild Policy
)Treat all players with respect - SOTM expects all members to uphold its integrity and its honor. Any act that is considered abusive, dishonest or harassing will not be tolerated. Acts such as bailing on parties in excess, needing on items you don't need or needing on class items when a class member needs it, are all seen as violation of this policy.
)Rank - Rank matters! Any ranking officer may choose to assume command of a guild activity at any time and for any reason. Insubordination of any kind will not be tolerated. However all officers see rule 1.
)Participation - All guild members are expected to participate in guild activities, runs, raids (1x per month), donations to the guild bank, ect. Excessive failure to participate in such activities will result in removal from the guild.
)Guild Relations - In order to avoid a conflict of interest SOTM keeps a strict policy of avoiding any official Guild relations. Co-raiding or other activities are to abide by SOTM policy.
)Loot Law - All members will follow currently established loot policies. We use a Loot Council. You must be speced appropriately to roll on a drop. Example: A shadow priest cannot bid on a healing item unless all healers pass. Classes also fall into this area a warrior may not bid on leather unless all leather wearers have passed.
)Raiding - You are not permitted to raid with other guilds or pug raids unless the raid is something we have moved past as a guild. If you have a reason (my grandma got ran over by a reindeer, etc...) to not attend the 25-man guild raid just let an officer know. Currently Kara is open. Failure to follow this rule will be removal from guild.
)Alts - If you have a main toon in SOTM, your alts may join without meeting gear or spec requirements. You will be required to update your alts notes with the name of your main.
