Important changes

1. New characters must run and instance with an officer (preferably heroic - unless not geared then reg okay) 2. Class Leaders - To be used for specific class questions. this will prevent any misinterpretation of class information. 3. All 70's required to raid at least once per month with guild (some situations vary....ex....Military leave, stop playing game -taking break, etc.....) each situation will be reviewed by officers.
